Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel in Hyderabad. Drive to the sacred city of Srisailam, where you will check in at your hotel. In Srisailam, visit the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Temple, a revered Hindu temple situated on the banks of the River Krishna. This temple is known as one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva and one of the eighteen Shakti Peethas of goddess Parvati. Shiva is worshipped here as Mallikarjuna, represented by the lingam, while Parvati is depicted as Brahmaramba. It's one of the few temples in India where both Jyotirlinga and Shaktipeeth are revered. After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a nature walk for bird and butterfly watching in the Nallamala forests. The Nallamala forests are home to approximately 200 species of birds, including the Grey Hornbill, Drongo, Koel, Indian Roller, Paradise Flycatcher, Black-headed Oriole, Red-vented Bulbul, and Purple Sunbird. Additionally, you can spot around 89 species of butterflies in this region. Following the nature walk, enjoy a safari in the Nallamala Forest, offering a chance to immerse yourself in the wilderness and witness the diverse flora and fauna of the Eastern Ghats, along with its stunning landscapes. Later, drive back to Hyderabad and either drop off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your journey.
