Overview

The tour will begin with pick up from Vadodara airport. Visit grand palaces and museums in Vadodara. Then head to Kevadia via visiting Pavagadh-Champaner archaeological site. Visit the world’s tallest Statue of Unity in the backdrop of Sardar Sarovar Dam. Next, drive to Nashik, a spiritual city with a jyotirlinga temple. Continue to Aurangabad and explore the archaeological monuments and caves of Ajanta & Ellora. Fly to Mumbai, a city famous as the heart of the Bollywood film industry & the country’s financial powerhouse, dotted with colonial-era buildings and cave temples.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Vadodara

On arrival at Vadodara airport assistance & transfer to hotel check in at hotel. Later visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace, Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum & Kirti Mandir. O/n at hotel.

Day 2: Vadodara - Kevadia (150kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Kevadia via visiting UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pavagadh-Champaner. Continue drive to Kevadia and check in at tent city/ hotel. Later visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Selfie Point and Valley of Flowers. Evening Light and Sound show. O/n at hotel.

Day 3: Kevadia - Nashik (310kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Statue of Unity worlds tallest statue (height 182 metres). The high-speed elevators will take you to a height of about 400 feet through the core of the statue where you can get panoramic view of the surroundings. Later drive to Nashik check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 4: Nashik

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Nashik check in at hotel. Excursion to visit Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, Brahmagiri Fort & Gangadwar. O/n at hotel.

Day 5: Nashik - Aurangabad (170kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Panchavati temple complex, Ram Kund water tank, Kalaram Temple & Sita Gufaa. Later drive to Aurangabad via visiting Shirdi Sai Baba Temple. Arrive Aurangabad check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 6: Aurangabad - Ajanta (210kms round)

Breakfast at hotel. Full day excursion to Ajanta which house 30 rock-cut cave from the 2nd century BCE to about 480 CE. Drive back to Aurangabad, visit Bibi ka Maqbara, Panchakki & Aurangabad Caves. O/n at hotel.

Day 7: Aurangabad - Mumbai (flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Excursion to visit Ellora Caves, Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple & Daulatabad Fort. Also visit Bibi ka Maqbara & Panchakki. Later transfer to airport to board evening flight for Mumbai. On arrival assistance and transfer to hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 8: Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Elephant caves (Monday closed). Later city tour visiting CST, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan & Dhobhi Ghat. O/n at hotel.

Day 9: Mumbai - Departure

Breakfast at hotel. As per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for onward destination.
