Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi - Haridwar/ Rishikesh (220km)

Pick up from your hotel in Delhi and drive to Haridwar/ Rishikesh, check in at hotel. Evening Ghats visit and Aarti. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Haridwar/ Rishikesh

Breakfast at hotel. Sightseeing in Haridwar & Rishikesh. Visit Chandi Devi Temple, it is believed that the main statue of goddess Chandi devi, who killed the demon brothers Shumbh-Nishumbh, was laid here in the 8th century AD by Adi Shankracharya. The Chandi Devi temple can now be reached by a ropeway as well. Mansa Devi situated on the southernmost hill of the Shivalik ranges one can reach this temple either on foot or by a cable car. Perched on Bilwa Parvat, the temple provides a panoramic view of the Haridwar city with the Ganges flowing in its middle. Sapt Rishi Ashram & Sapt Sarovar it is at this place that Ganges is believed to have divided itself into seven small streams to not to disturb the Sapt (seven) Rishis meditating and worshiping here. Bharat Mata Mandir it is one of its kind temples in Haridwar and is dedicated to Mother India, tracing its history from the times of Ramayana to present day. Sati Kund this is the holy place where the wife of Lord Shiva, Mata Sati is believed to have done the ritual of self-immolation. Evening aarti at Hari Ki Pauri Ghat in Haridwar or at Triveni Ghat in Rishikes. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Haridwar/ Rishikesh - Corbett Tiger Reserve (225kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Early morning yoga class. Later drive to Corbett National Park check in at hotel. Rest time free to relax. Lunch, dinner and Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Corbett Tiger Reserve

Breakfast at hotel. Morning and afternoon game drive safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve with naturalist. Jim Corbett National Park is the oldest national park set amidst the foothills of the Himalayas, in the midst of lush greenery and uneven mountains with varying heights, ranging from about 1300 feet to nearly 4000 feet. Named after Jim Corbett who is a famous hunter and naturalist the park is spread over an area of more than 500 sq km and is divided into 5 zones: Bijrani, Dhikala, Jhirna, Domunda and Sonanandi. This park is a natural habitat of healthy population of tigers, rare species of Otters, the endemic fish eating crocodile, and wealthy flora and fauna with variety of wild animals. Its also home to more than 650 species of rare and migratory birds. Lunch, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Corbett Tiger Reserve - Delhi (260kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning game driver safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve by Gypsy with naturalist.
After lunch drive Delhi airport to board flight for onward destination.
