Arrival in Chennai, pick up from your hotel or the airport, and drive to Pondicherry. Enroute, visit Kanchipuram Kailasanathar Temple, Ekambareswarar Temple, Varadharaja Temple, Vaikundhaperumal Temple, and Kamakshiamman Temple. Continue to Mahabalipuram to explore Monolithic Temples, Five Rathas, Krishnas Butterball, 7th century Cave Temples, Shore Temple, and The Arjuna`s Penance. Drive to Pondicherry, check in at your hotel, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, visit Auroville, an experimental community founded in 1968. Explore the Matrimandir and head to Pondicherry Museum. Stroll through the French Quarters, admire colonial architecture, and visit French consulate, Raj Nivas, Government Square, Churches & French schools. Spend the evening relaxing on the beach. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, drive to Thanjavur. Enroute, visit Nataraja Temple in Chidambaram, Gangaikonda Cholapuram, and Darasuram Temple. Arrive in Thanjavur, check in at your hotel, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, explore Brihadeshwara Temple, Vijayanagar Fort, Thanjavur Art Gallery, and Saraswathi Mahal Library in Thanjavur. Drive to Trichy, check in at your hotel, and visit Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple and Rock Fort Temple. Overnight stay in Trichy.
After breakfast, drive to Chennai and drop off at your hotel or the airport.
