Mumbai to Ahmedabad Private Driving Tour will begin in Mumbai, where you will visit a few magnificent monuments & Elephanta Caves. Then drive to Daman once-flourishing Portuguese town now home to some ruined forts, monasteries & chapels. Ankleshwar is home to a few magnificent Jain temples. The scenic Sardar Sarovar Dam & world’s tallest (182 metres) Statue of Unity at Kevadia. Explore the archaeological remains at Champaner-Pavagadh & Lakshmi Vilas Palace, the largest private dwelling built till date in Vadodara. The tour will end in the heritage city Ahmedabad. Accommodation with breakfast, a private AC vehicle & accompanied English-speaking guide are part of this package tour.

Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai

On arrival at Mumbai airport assistance & transfer to hotel (hotel check in/ out time 12pm). Rest time free to relax and personal activities. O/n at hotel.

Day 2: Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Elephant caves (Monday closed). Later city tour visiting CST, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan & Dhobhi Ghat. O/n at hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai - Daman (190kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Daman check in at hotel. Later visit Cathedral Of Bom Jesus built by Portuguese in 1603, St. Jerome Fort, Moti Daman Fort & Chapel of Our Lady of Rosary. O/n at hotel.

Day 4: Daman - Ankleshwar (200kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Ankleshwar check in at hotel. Later visit Shri Ankleshwar Tirth that includes four Digambar Jain temples named Chintamani Parsvanath Mandir, Mahavir Swami Mandir, Adinath Mandir and Neminath Mandir. O/n at hotel.

Day 5: Ankleshwar - Kevadia (90kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Sardar Sarovar Dam, Kevadia, check in at hotel. Later visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Selfie Point & Valley of Flowers. Evening Light and Sound show at Statue of Unity (Monday Closed). Lunch, dinner and O/n at hotel.

Day 6: Kevadia - Vadodara (150kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Visit world tallest Statue of Unity. The high-speed elevators will take you to a height of about 400 feet through the core of the statue where you can get panoramic view of the surroundings. Drive to Vadodara via visiting UNESCO World Heritage Site of Pavagadh-Champaner. Arrive and check in at hotel. Visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace, Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum & Kirti Mandir. O/n at hotel.

Day 7: Vadodara - Ahmedabad (260kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Ahmedabad check in at hotel. Later visit Hatheesing Jain Temple, Bhadra Fort, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, Sabarmati Ashram, Kite Museum, Vechaar Utensils Museum & Adalaj Step-well. O/n at hotel.

Day 8: Ahmedabad - Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. As per flight schedule Departure transfer to airport.
