Colonial Metros Cities and Golden Triangle Tour of India will begin in Mumbai the commercial capital of India. Explore magnificent monuments of colonial era and Elephanta cave. Thereafter fly to Chennai another colonial city and gateway to French colonial town of Pondicherry. Next fly to Kolkata again a colonial city with many landmarks of British & East India Company. Thereafter fly to Delhi a historic city ruled by 7 deferent dynasties before British. From here head to Agra an Imperial city with many monuments of Mughal including Taj Mahal. Further drive to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri & Abhaneri lying in village. Visit the fort, palaces and bazaar in the royal city Jaipur.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

On arrival at Mumbai airport assistance & transfer to hotel (hotel check in/ out time 12pm). Rest time free to relax and personal activities. O/n at hotel.

Day 2: Mumbai

Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Elephant caves (Monday closed). Later city tour visiting CST, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan & Dhobhi Ghat. O/n at hotel.

Day 3: Mumbai - Chennai (flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Chennai. On arrival assistance and transfer hotel check in at hotel. Later visit Fort St. George, St Mary's Church inside the fortress, Kapaleeshwarar Temple, Vadapalani Murugan Temple, Government Museum, Dakshinachitra Museum, Santhome Cathedral & Marina Beach. O/n at hotel.

Day 4: Chennai - Pondicherry (250kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Pondicherry via visiting Kanchipuram an ancient city famous as city of thousands temple. And Mahabalipuram, Monolithic Temples, Krishnas Butterball, Cave Temples, Shore Temple & The Arjuna Penance. On arrival check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 5: Pondicherry - Chennai (165kms)/ Kolkata

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Aurovil & Pondicherry Museum. Drive pass or walk through stunning French Quarters which include French consulate, Raj Nivas, Government Square, Churches & French schools. Later drive to Chennai airport to board flight for Kolkata. On arrival at transfer to hotel. check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 6: Kolkata

Breakfast at hotel. Full day city tour of Kolkata visiting Fort William, Victoria Memorial, Netaji Bhawan, Howrah Bridge, Dakshineswar Kali Temple & other landmark monuments of the city. O/n at hotel.

Day 7: Kolkata - Delhi (flight)

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival assistance & transfer to hotel check in at hotel. Rest time free to relax. O/n at hotel.

Day 8: Delhi

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk & Khari Baoli Spice Market on cycle Rickshaw, Raj Gath, Humayun Tomb, Qutab Minar & Lotus Temple. Also drive pass President House, Parliament & India Gate. O/n at hotel.

Day 9: Delhi - Agra (204kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Agra check in at hotel. Later visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb. O/n at hotel.

Day 10: Agra - Jaipur (245kms)

Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Jaipur via visiting Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri stepwell. Arrive Jaipur check in at hotel. O/n at hotel.

Day 11: Jaipur

Breakfast at hotel. Visit Amber Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Sisodia Rani Garden, City Palace, Observatory, Hawa Mahal & Birla temple. Further explore local market of Pink City. O/n at hotel.

Day 12: Jaipur - Mumbai/Delhi

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport to board flight for Mumbai. Or drive to Delhi to board departure flight.
