Itinerary

Day 1: Surat - Kevadia (165kms)

Arrival at Surat airport, drive to Kevadia, check-in at the hotel. Visit Sardar Sarovar Dam, Selfie Point & Valley of Flowers. Enjoy an evening Light & Sound show at the Statue of Unity (Closed on Mondays). Lunch, dinner & overnight stay at the tented accommodation.

Day 2: Kevadia - Vadodara (150kms)

After breakfast, visit the world's tallest Statue of Unity (height 182 meters). Drive to Vadodara via visiting UNESCO World Heritage Site Pavagadh-Champaner. Arrive in Vadodara, check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Vadodara - Bhavnagar (200kms)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace, Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum & Kirti Mandir. Drive to Bhavnagar, visiting the archaeological remains of the Harappa Port-Town of Indus Valley Civilization at Lothal en route. Check in at the hotel in Bhavnagar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Bhavnagar - Junagadh (215kms)

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Junagadh, visiting Palitana Temples (865 temples accessible by climbing 3950 steps spanning 3.5 km up the Shatrunjaya Hills) en route. Continue driving to Junagadh and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Junagadh - Sasan Gir (70kms)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Visit Junagadh, an ancient fortified city at the foot of the temple-studded Girnar Hill, where Ashoka inscribed 14 edicts on a huge boulder. Later, drive to Sasan Gir National Park and check in at the hotel. Lunch, dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: Sasan Gir - Diu (100kms)

Breakfast at the hotel. Embark on a Gypsy safari in Gir Wildlife Sanctuary, the only place in the world outside Africa where lions can be seen in their natural habitat. Gir is also a fine bird sanctuary. Later, drive to Diu and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Diu

Breakfast at the hotel. Explore Diu Fort, a large and imposing structure situated on the coast of the island, surrounded by the sea on three sides and a canal on the fourth side. Also, visit the old town with its old mansions belonging to rich Portuguese and Indian merchants. Enjoy free time to relax on the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Diu - Dwarka (330kms)

After breakfast, drive to Dwarka, visiting Somnath Temple, Paanch Pandav Caves & Sun Mandir en route. Make a stop in Porbandar. Arrive in Dwarka, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9: Dwarka - Rajkot (225kms)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Embark on an excursion to visit the Marine National Park by ferry. On return, visit Dwarkadhish & Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple. Later, drive to Rajkot and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Rajkot - Ahmedabad (215kms)

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Jubilee Garden, which houses monuments from colonial times. Later, drive to Ahmedabad and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Ahmedabad

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Visit Hatheesing Jain Temple, Bhadra Fort, Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, Sabarmati Ashram, Kite Museum, Vechaar Utensils Museum & Adalaj Step-well. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 12: Ahmedabad - Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
