Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Bhubaneswar

Upon your arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, you will begin your exploration of this ancient city's rich cultural heritage.

Your sightseeing tour will include visits to the following landmarks:

Parasurameshwar Temple: Admire the intricate architectural details of this 7th-century Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Day 2: Bhubaneswar - Bhitarakanika National Park (200kms)

After breakfast at your hotel, you'll embark on a scenic drive from Bhubaneswar to Bhitarakanika National Park. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel.

Bhitarakanika is the second-largest mangrove forest in India and has been declared a sanctuary to protect its unique ecosystem, including estuarine crocodiles and nesting Olive Ridley turtles.

The rest of the day is free for you to relax and soak in the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Lunch and dinner will be served at your jungle cottage or tented accommodation.

Day 3: Bhitarakanika National Park

Begin your day with breakfast at your accommodation before setting off for a memorable day exploring Bhitarakanika and its diverse wildlife.

Activities for the day include:

Boat Safari: Hop aboard a boat to cruise through the serene mangrove forest. Enjoy the sight of winding creeks and keep an eye out for the rich birdlife, including various species of Kingfishers. Don't miss the chance to spot estuarine crocodiles sunbathing along the banks.

Bagagahan Bird Sanctuary: Visit this bird sanctuary and climb to a watchtower for a panoramic view. Keep your binoculars handy to spot pelicans and a variety of storks.

In the evening, return to your jungle cottage or tent for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 4: Bhitarakanika National Park - Bhubaneswar

After breakfast, bid farewell to the mesmerizing landscapes of Bhitarakanika and set out on a journey back to Bhubaneswar. Enroute, you will visit the Ratnagiri, Udaigiri, and Lalitgiri Excavated Buddhist Sites, dating back to the 1st century. Explore the ancient ruins and absorb the spiritual ambience of these historical sites.

Finally, you'll continue your drive to Bhubaneswar, where you will be dropped off either at the airport for your onward flight or at your chosen hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable adventure in Odisha.
